Adani Institute of Infrastructure Management (AIIM) – founded by Adani Group in 2009 with a vision to create a pool of nation-builders and future business leaders – in the pioneering institute in the country exclusively focused on research, education, and training in the field of infrastructure management.

AIIM offers PGDM (Infrastructure Management) and PGDM (Law) – 2-year full-time AICTE approved programs. These are specially designed programs to educate and groom students into trained professional managers and leaders who wish to build careers in the fast-growing infrastructure sector. The infrastructure sector includes various verticals such as, but not limited to, roads & bridges, ports, urban infrastructure, realty, railways, airports, power, mining, oil & gas, renewable energy, smart city projects, social infrastructure, etc. 

PGDM (Infrastructure Management) – 60 Seats

Courses offered in PGDM (Infrastructure Management) employ a mix of pedagogical methods including Case Discussion & Analysis, Lectures, Group Exercises, Simulations, Presentations, Role Plays, Project Work, and Field Visits to enhance the effectiveness and richness of learning and in-class experience. Special emphasis is laid on the Case Method as a dominant mode of instruction.

In the first year, students complete a core curriculum that provides a thorough, integrated grounding in management & infrastructure essentials while at the same time get exposure to a healthy dose of site visits, independent projects, and finally, end with a summer internship.

In the second year, students round off their degrees with umpteen elective courses. The electives have been designed through our continuous evaluation methodology from our parent group, alumni, and industry connections.

 PGDM (Law) – 60 Seats

It is India’s first-ever PGDM program focusing on Compliance, Regulations, and Contracts in the Infrastructure sector. It is an inter-disciplinary program blending management functions, infrastructure business dynamics, and their ‘legal & regulatory aspects.

Distinguished faculty from academia and law & infrastructure practitioners from industry steer this program through lectures, presentations, and contemporary simulation-based interactive case studies to facilitate the application-oriented practical implementation of theories and concepts.

Students are engaged in discussions based on pre-circulated published papers and case studies with complex problems drawn from critical issues faced by industries. Students are also exposed to management films and lectures from renowned professors and world-class consultants and practitioners. Some of the classes are conducted in workshop mode for bringing in application orientation. Students benefit by working on assigned projects and collective learning from writing papers and short presentations. The summer internship program and Apprenticeship program are integral parts of the learning process.
