The two – year Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (Human Resource Management) aims at preparing young men and women to face challenges in the domain of Human Resource Management. Batch Composition: The batch of 2018-20 of PGDM (HRM) comprised of 48% female students and 52% male students. 75% of the entire batch was fresh graduates and the rest had experience. 39% of the students were from Engineering backgrounds and 23% and 13% from BCom and BA respectively.

Placement: Last year 83 companies visited the campus – out of them, 35 were either first-timers or they visited after a long gap. A total of 259 job offers were made and accepted with an average salary of Rs 5.33 lakhs and the highest being Rs 13.5 lakhs. The major companies were Cognizant, Essar, LG, SBI Life, ICICI Bank among others.
