The two – year Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (Human Resource Management) aims at preparing young men and women to face challenges in the domain of Human Resource Management. Apart from the fundamental theoretical inputs in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, and Human Resource Development, stress is laid on the development of a dynamic personality by nurturing in the students, values and attitudes built on the firm edifice of keen social-awareness. The institute proposes to make its students agents of social change, who see their future not primarily as a career for self-enrichment, but as a way of contributing their part to the basic evolution that is taking place in India today.

Batch Size: 75 (For 2018-20 batch of PGDM-HRM)

Fees: Rs 5,59,100 (batch of 2015-17)

Batch Composition: The batch of 2018-20 of PGDM (HRM) comprised of 48% female students and 52% male students. 75% of the entire batch was fresh graduates and the rest had experience. 39% of the students were from Engineering backgrounds and 23% and 13% from BCom and BA respectively.

Placement: Last year 83 companies visited the campus – out of them, 35 were either first-timers or they visited after a long gap. A total of 259 job offers were made and accepted with an average salary of Rs 5.33 lakhs and the highest being Rs 13.5 lakhs. The major companies were Cognizant, Essar, LG, SBI Life, ICICI Bank among others.

Admission Process: The college selects students through CAT/XAT/CMAT scores, followed by GDPI and writing assessment tests. An aspirant must apply separately to the college by filling up their form. The final Selection Criteria will be based on the following:

Writing Assessment Test 5%

Out of the total seats, 50% are reserved for SC/ST and Christian candidates who belong to SC/ST category.
