Batch Composition: The 2016 – 18 batch had 67% male students and 33% female students. 70% of the batch comprised of fresh graduates. 20% students had work experience of up to 24 months. More than half of the batch had an engineering degree and 40% students were from commerce background. More than half of the batch specialized in Marketing, followed by Finance.

Placement: For the batch of 2018, 8% students started their entrepreneurial ventures. The remaining were recruited by more than 75 companies who visited the campus. The highest salary offered was Rs 22 lakhs and an average of Rs 8.21 lakhs for the entire batch. The BFSI sector companies recruited the maximum, with 23% of the students, while the next was IT sector with 12%. The big names who came for recruitment are JP Morgan, Deloitte, KPMG, Hindustan Unilever, Daimler, Amul and others.

Admission Process: Candidates shortlisted based on their performance in different components of Common Admission Test (CAT) will be called for Personal Interview and Theme Development & Presentation (TDP). The following weightage will be given for each component of the selection criteria and composite scores will be computed based on the selection criteria:

• Common Admission Test: 60%
• Personal Interview: 20%
• Theme Development & Presentation: 10%
• Academic Performance: 10%

An additional score up to 5 points will also be given for full-time relevant work experience in a professional organization.
