Ex-CAT Questions

As we approach CAT 2017, the preparations need to come a full circle. While you must be thorough with the current affairs and exercises, we bring you a series of videos where we will be discussing important questions from the past CAT papers.

The series starts with a  video on the question type Sentence Rearrangement, popularly knows as Parajumbles. Followed by Out of Context or also known as Logical Discontinuation and Summary of a Passage.

You can visit the entire playlist here. Also, if you have any queries, we would be happy to address them.

    1. Hi Ashwini,

Improving English and that too for exams like CAT is a very gradual process. It requires multi-dimensional efforts.
      – Stage 1 – Read good amount of quality material. You can start with novels and general magazines. Gradually, you can shift to some self help books like biographies, case studies etc.
      – Stage 2 – Work on structure and vocabulary. This is where you may need assistance from good coaching institutes like Endeavor. Grammar and Vocabulary are the backbones of language. You may need exposure to the right theories in Grammar and discussion on high frequency words to improvise your understanding of English.
      – Stage 3 – Practice exam oriented material like chapter wise tests, sectional tests etc. Work on exam strategy on how to attack the English section.

Hope your query is resolved. In case you need more help, please get in touch with our career counselor at one of our centers.
      All the best!
