Batch Size: 360

Batch Composition: In the batch 2015-17, the number of female students were 12% in BM and 26% in HRM. 16% of the BM students and 21% of HRM students were fresh graduates. 305 of the total batch had work experience of 1-2 years. 50% of the BM students were from the top IITs, NITs, Bits, and other top colleges of the country. Around 40% of the experienced students had work experience in the IT/ITES sector.

Placement: For the batch 2015-17, the number of PPOs received were 121 for a batch of 359. The median salary offered to the batch is INR 19.00 lakhs per annum while the average is INR 19.21 lakhs. Both these figures have shot up over the last year. The number of participating firms were 139, with 42 first time recruiters. Number of offers with a CTC greater than 25 Lakhs were up by 18% for this batch.

Xavier School of Management set a record after it completed its Summer Internship Placement Process (SIP) of 2017 in just two days. The batch of 2017-19 consisting of 364 students has achieved 100% placement with the median and average stipend increasing by over 20%, with the highest stipend of 5 lakhs for two months. The SIP process saw the participation of 90+ companies offering roles across domains including consulting, finance, sales and marketing, operations, business development (BM), human resources (HR) and industrial relations (IR).

Admission Process: The admission happens through XAT conducted by XLRI. For the shortlisting of candidates for the Interview Process different weightage shall be assigned to the scores of different sections of the XAT. From the shortlisted candidates, admission the program shall be based on Group Discussion, Personal Interview, Class X & Class XII marks and XAT score.
