Batch Size: 450

Batch Composition: Ratio of women students in IIM Lucknow PGP and PGP-ABM batch 2017-19 has increased to a new height of 30.4% from 27% in the 2016-18 batch. Average work experience of the batch has also increased to 16.6 months from 11.3 months and 74% of inducted batch has some work experience.

Placements: IIM Lucknow has concluded final placement 2018 achieving again 100% placement for the 445 students who got 454 offers from 143 recruiters which included 47 new recruiters. The Placement 2018 included 20% increase in the number of Pre-Placement Offers, 30% increase in the number of offers from the Higher Entry Placement Process (HEPP) and 220 offers from the final placements. 24% of the batch was placed in Sales and Marketing domain followed by Finance and Consulting with 23% each. E-commerce segment had a share of 12% while General Management contributed 11% share and IT/ITES stood at 7%. Some of the top companies from different sectors who visited the campus were:

Admission Process: Candidates are shortlisted for the interview based on their performance in the CAT, scholastic achievement and relevant work experience. Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) are then conducted at Bangalore, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi and Hyderabad in the end of February onward. Final selection is based on performance in CAT, scholastic achievement, work experience, and performance in the Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI).
