In this course at Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM), a student can opt for the following specializations – Financial Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, System Management, Production and Operation Management.

Batch Size: 120 (For MBA – Day)

Batch Composition: For 2016-18 batch, out of a total strength of 109 students, 49% have opted for Marketing, 40% in Finance, 5% in HR, 6% in Systems & Business Analytics and 1% in POM. Female candidates account for 32% of the batch. Another 42% of the batch carries prior work experience in IT/ITES, Infrastructure, Advertising, Manufacturing and Telecom.

Placement: For the year 2016-17, 96% of the students were placed. 5 students of the batch opted out of the placement process. Out of the total recruiters, 42% visited the campus for the first time. The highest salary offered was Rs 7.65 lakhs and the average salary for the entire batch stood at Rs 6 lakhs. Banking sector recruited 24% of the students, followed by Manufacturing at 18% and Consulting at 16%.

Admission process: The college selects students through CAT scores and followed by GDPI. An aspirant must apply separately to the college by filling up their form.
