The PGDM program at LIBA consists of 135 credits, including the summer project and workshops. The first year of the program presents students with a comprehensive view of management discipline and a broad perspective of the corporate environment. All the core courses offered in the first year are mandatory to be taken. In 2017, they launched Activity Based Learning (ABL). This is modeled on Multidisciplinary Action Projects (MAP) program conducted in Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. It is an ambitious and intensive partnership with the company- mutually beneficial collaboration among students, faculty and sponsoring organisation. LIBA arranges for this Summer Internship and / or ABL.

Batch Size: 120

Batch Composition: In the 2016-18 batch, 60% of the students were male and 40% were females. Majority of the students of the batch were from engineering background with approximately 70% being engineers. More than half of the entire batch were fresh graduates and 27% had work experience of up to 24 months.

Placement: The final placement saw an average salary of Rs 9.5 lakhs and highest salary of Rs 17 Lakhs. More than 50 companies from 13 different sectors visited the campus for the final placements.

Admission Process: The college selects students through CAT/XAT scores and followed by Group Discussion and Personal interview. An aspirant must apply separately to the college by filling up their form.
