PGPM curriculum at BIM is periodically revised and restructured to meet the needs of ever-changing business environment. Experienced professionals from the Industry and Academia take part in this exercise of restructuring. BIM follows a trimester pattern of evaluation. The first year of the course provides rigorous grounding in all fields of management. The second year operates on a cafeteria approach wherein the student can choose from a range of courses – Business skills such as effective communication, computation analytical and critical thinking managing information creativity and aesthetic awareness.

Batch size: 120

Batch Composition: The 2018-20 batch comprises of 92 male students and 28 female students. More than 100 students in this batch have done BE or B tech. Around 43% students of the batch 2018-20 are fresh graduates. Among those having work experience, more than half of them has work experience of up to 24 months.

Placement: For the batch 2016-18, the final placements saw 19 companies visiting the campus on Day 1 of the placement process. The Highest CTC for the 2016-18 batch stood at Rs 15 lakhs and the average CTC at Rs 10 Lakhs. Altogether 59 companies participated in the placement process. IT, BFSI and Manufacturing led the number offers given with 44, 27 and 24 offers respectively. During the summer placements of the batch 2017-19, the maximum stipend offered was Rs 1 Lakh and the average stipend for the entire batch was at Rs 30000.

Admission Process: The college selects students through CAT score and followed by Group Discussion and Personal interview. An aspirant must apply separately to the college by filling up their form.
