Batch Composition: The 2016-18 batch comprised of 34% female candidates and 66% male candidates. 42% students of the entire batch were fresh graduates and one third of the students were having work experience up to 24 months. 75% of the students came from engineering back ground while people from BCOM and BBA were 7% each of the entire batch.

Placements: During the final placement of the batch 2016-18, 100 companies visited the campus and out of them there were 41 new recruiters. The highest CTC offered was Rs 28.74 lakhs with an average CTC of Rs 14.04 Lakhs for the entire batch. The top 10% jobs had an average of Rs 23.33 lakhs and top 50% had an average of Rs 17 Lakhs. Admission Process: Each student desirous of admission to SCMHRD Pune must appear for Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) Test, which is a common written test for the admission to all Symbiosis postgraduate institutes. Shortlisted candidates to book the slot and Appear for Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Exercise and Personal Interaction (GEPI)process. Final selection would be based on the cumulative performance of the candidate in SNAP, Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Exercise and Personal Interaction (GEPI).
