The Post Graduate Program in Management is a two-year full-time residential program. The program lays emphasis on all-round personality development and inculcates the values of leadership and integrity. The program is industry focused and designed for performance in the economy and industry. The Program is structured after bench-marking with international programs and the leading programs of India.

Batch Size: 258 (Batch 2018-20)

Batch Composition: For the batch 2017-19 the intake was 200, and for the batch 2018-20, the intake is 258. For the batch 2018-20, the average work experience was 23 months whereas the next batch has an average experience of 28 months. More than 40% students are freshers in the last two batches and more than 80% students have a work experience between 0-24 months in the batch 2018-20.

Placements: Out of the 200 students eligible for Placement, 6 opted out of the placement process and marched on to achieve their goals. All the remaining 194 students got placement offers from the recruiters. There were more than 72 companies coming for campus recruitment at IIM Kashipur in Placement 2018-19. IIM Kashipur has recorded the highest domestic package of Rs. 28 lakhs with an average salary of Rs. 12,17,196 in Placement 2018-19. Admission Process: Students entering IIM Kashipur are selected through a rigorous process, comprising of the Common Admission Test (CAT), one of the most competitive entrance examinations in the country, followed by a Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview.
